Should Ukraine Strike Moscow in Retaliation?

Could they even get close?

I think it’s safe to say that a state of war exists between the Russian Federation and the sovereign country of Ukraine.

Putin’s attempts to classify the conflict as a “Special Military Operation” sounds a little like President Truman’s classification of the Korean War as a “Police Action.”

But the comparison is not perfect; the Korean War was fought under the auspices of the United Nations, with the United States acting as the UN’s executive agent.
