I suspect that many of Medium’s high-earning writers will be shocked come September once they realize how Medium’s recent changes have adversely impacted their revenue. Personally, mine has dropped 400% month over month. My mistake was that I started to rely on my Medium income to pay the bills, knowing that something like this could eventually happen. I am now seeking alternative writing platforms to share my work.
