I typically don’t zoom out and write about, well, writing…

But AI has been such a productivity booster for my work that I feel compelled to share how it has helped me become faster and more accurate with both my research for Medium content and research for consulting work I do.

Let’s jump in.

First, I should note how AI has changed the way I write more generally: I earn money from Medium’s Partner Program, and I am so paranoid about posting any AI-generated content at all that I will often throw ‘slang’ into my writing that an AI would never dream to include.

It’s not a huge problem for me since I normally write as I talk — relaxed and conversational — which gives me a unique voice that my subscribers (hopefully) enjoy.

Still, I just want to ensure that nothing I write can ever be accused of being artificially generated because I’ve begun to rely on the revenue that Medium is bringing in for me.

But AI does have its uses — let’s discuss research for content generation first:
