Hi Lena, I should make the disclaimer that you should speak with your doctor before making any changes to your diet; having said that, I believe that any schedule of fasting, including 18/6, will be beneficial to overall health based on several recent studies. In my case, the fasting was an instant cure for my acid reflux, but everyone’s body is certainly different. Hope this helps!
