Great feedback, thanks Zulie. Perhaps most frustrating is the inability to speak to anyone at Medium in the Partner Program. For the writers who are earning $3k or more per month, and attracting new readers to the platform, you would think Medium would want to nurture and cultivate a relationship with those ambassadors. Instead, emails seemingly go into a black hole.
