Good read and I wholeheartedly agree. My Medium earnings have been plummeting despite increasing followers (now 33k). I made the jump to Substack and have seen quick growth over the past two months. When Medium decides to reward its most prolific writers appropriately, I’ll spend more time here. But until then, there’s too much upside over at Substack. Happy writing!
